Boys Basketball got back on the hardwood for three games vs Falls Church, Edison, and Hayfield. Monday was a date with the Jaguars who beat the Atoms the first time around. However, this was different as the Atoms dominated from the opening tip and scoring the first ten points of the game. The Atoms were on first throughout the first half to build a lead that they would never relinquish. The Atoms took on Edison Wednesday evening and took the game deep into the fourth quarter trailing by one late before Edison hit a couple big shots to get the district win. Thursday vs Hayfield showed the Atoms exerted a lot of energy the night before as the Hawks took off and never looked back to secure the district win. The Atoms are home in a varsity doubleheader on Tuesday vs Mt. Vernon.

Atoms Boosters Concession Stand Help
Attention Parents! Volunteers are needed to sell concessions at games throughout the year. We welcome any and all parents to volunteer but when parents of a particular sport work a game, a portion of concessions sales directly benefit that team. If you are not able to help directly at home games, there are many ways you can get involved with the Atoms Athletics Boosters by attending our monthly meetings or being a team liaison. Thank you for your support for Atom’s Athletics!
For questions about concession stand sign ups, contact Lissette Puna.
