Take a second to look back at the week that just passed.
Be honest with yourself. Did you make progress? Or did you repeat the same patterns, the same excuses, and the same delays as the week before?
If you aren't careful, next week will look exactly the same.
Humans are creatures of loop. We repeat what is familiar unless we interrupt the pattern.
Whatever stopped you this week—stress, fatigue, distraction—is going to be waiting for you again tomorrow morning.
Unless you change the variable.
You need a new script for the week. You need a plan that anticipates the stress and gives you a way to handle it without breaking your streak.
Don't go into Monday hoping it will be different. Make it different.
