Iza,
You know that moment when you take a leap into something unknown?
That's what I did when I left my stable university position to pursue Face Yoga full-time.
And what I discovered on the other side changed everything...
Things started happening so fast. A book deal. TV appearances. Before I knew it, Face Yoga was spreading across Asia in ways I never imagined.
But something I did not expect happened.
A male nurse in Japan started writing to me. He worked at a hospital with stroke patients and wanted to use Face Yoga as part of their rehabilitation.
He asked me - actually, he kept asking - to certify him so he could bring this method to people who really needed it.
He asked for almost two years before I finally said yes.
When my newborn baby was six months old, I certified him and three other students in Japan. I wrote the entire certification manual while breastfeeding, sometimes at 3:30 in the morning, sometimes in the car waiting during therapy sessions.
That moment stayed with me deeply.
I realized: Face Yoga isn't just one thing.
For the nurse, it was rehabilitation for his patients. For me, it started as a way to fix my own asymmetry. For the next teacher, it might be about helping women age naturally. Or building confidence. Or something I haven't even thought of.
Fast forward to today.
What started with that one leap - walking away from my university job - is now 1,053 certified Face Yoga Method teachers in 91 countries.
They're not just teaching exercises. They're helping women age gracefully, confidently, unapologetically.
Some teach one-on-one. Some lead workshops. Some build online programs. Some work in spas or corporate wellness.
But they all share one thing: they've found work that truly matters to them.
On February 21st at 9:00 AM PT, my sister-in-law Maria and I are holding a FREE 90-minute session where we're sharing how to build a thriving Face Yoga teaching practice.
If you're ready to be part of this, come see if this could be your next adventure.
