Is Valentine’s Day a fake holiday? The cynics certainly think so. But for the dreamers and the unapologetic romantics, the answer is a resounding no. Regardless of its Hallmark origins, Feb. 14 is the ultimate excuse to celebrate love in all its forms—and, more importantly, to dress for the occasion.
