Please join us for an All-Stakeholder Webinar on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, HHS Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2027 Proposed Rule 

This briefing will provide an overview of the proposed policies and comment solicitations within the proposed rule (CMS-9883-P). The rule includes proposed requirements for qualified health plans, in addition to updating market-wide policies, such as risk adjustment calculations, special enrollment periods, and user fees.

The proposed rule has a 30-day public comment period. The deadline to submit public comments is March 13, 2026.
