Hi Lot,
It’s Kevin.
If you ever feel like there simply aren't enough hours in the day to build the habits you want, I need to tell you a secret that behavioral psychologists know:
Time management is a myth. You actually need energy management.
Think about it. If I gave you 3 extra hours today, but you were completely exhausted, you wouldn't use them to work out or read. You would use them to scroll or sleep.
Most people fail their goals because they try to schedule their hardest tasks during their lowest energy dips (like trying to go to the gym at 7 PM after a stressful workday).
Instead of looking at your clock tomorrow, look at your energy. Find your "Peak Window"—the 2 hours of the day where your mind is sharpest (for most people, it's mid-morning).
Protect those 2 hours fiercely. Do your hardest habit then. Stop managing your minutes. Start managing your energy.
