Mario Conte sells both residential and commercial properties across Westmount and Montreal. He has done so since 1998, working in three languages, switching between them depending on the client.
So when a letter landed on his desk a month ago from the Office québécois de la langue française, he told The Gazette's Harry North he was surprised.
