We get to enjoy a little spring fling this week with highs in the 60s Monday and getting close to 70 Tuesday. We know it won’t last long, so get out and enjoy as much as possible. There is a caveat for areas along the South Coast and Cape Cod. Because winds will blow off the cooler surrounding water, temperatures in those communities are stuck in the 40s and 50s with more clouds around. With the extended period of temperatures above freezing, we should see significant reduction in the snowpack across the region. Keep in mind, the time change also means it stays darker longer in the morning, and that may impact the commute and kids heading to the bus stop. A light jacket is needed in the morning with temperatures in the upper 30s. |
