Not the type of email I like to send, but I've been transparent with you since the beginning and I'm not stopping now.
Price increases are coming and I wanted you to hear it directly from me.
I know. Nobody likes hearing that. I don't like having to say it. But the reality is that the cost of making jewelry has changed a lot over the past year and we've reached the point where we have to adjust.
Metal prices are up. Brass, gold, silver, all of it costs significantly more than it did even six months ago. Our suppliers have raised prices on us multiple times and we've been absorbing those costs to keep things stable for you.
But we can't keep doing that without it affecting quality or our ability to pay our team fairly. And I'm not willing to compromise on either of those things.
So on March 23rd, we will be raising prices on most of our jewelry products. Some pieces will go up a few dollars, others closer to 10 or 25% depending on materials and production costs. Not everything is changing but a good chunk is.
I wanted to tell you directly before it just happens on the website. If you've been thinking about grabbing something, now's your chance to get it.
