Live with Liza And Leah, Co-Founder Of Indivisible/No Kings Day!And of course I drew while we talkedIt was incredibly interesting to talk with Leah Greenberg about the genesis of Indivisible and the No Kings Day Protests. Leah is co-founder of the organization that fosters, helps and facilitates grass roots activism in small local communities and large rallies in big cities, along with the help of other activist groups. What she is doing is remarkable. Indivisibe is inspiring; the work they are doing is important in this time when our democracy is at stake, and people are scared. Leah and made sure to say that these protests are not only passionate but they are FUN. I’ve been to two of them, and totally agree. Americans in the streets will make the difference, along with legislators and judges and governors and mayors, I truely believe that. While she talked, I live-drew! Below is the drawing, and also a list of protests and gatherings around New York City happening on March 28th for the third No Kings Day. Go to indivisible.org to find one near you, wherever you are.
