With an estimated 92% of the votes tabulated, State Rep. Margaret Croke of Chicago won with 34.6% followed by state Sen. Karina Villa of West Chicago, who had 32.3%, according to AP. The race had been too close to call on Tuesday, with Villa refusing to concede the race even with Croke slightly ahead.
