Hello and welcome to Friday!
There I go again ... I entered the title for today's email and caught myself typing 2025.
"Hello Heidi! It's March, and you should be firmly in the current year by now, and that year is 2026."
I'm going to blame my error on never writing checks—with the mandatory date—anymore. Or having school assignments to complete by a deadline. Or, maybe it's because I'm just watching the years fly by.
Well, at least I have the season correct with my grill heating up for spring and summer burgers with caramelized onion on my plate as I watch the Utah Jazz tank and NCAA bball tournies fly high.
Because honestly, I'll bypass the calendar for a great burger any day.
