I weighed in this morning at 181.4 lb A...
Day 1 of 70 for my fat loss push.
Here's how I'm doing it:
1. I'm bringing my calories from 3000 to 2300, protein stays at 180g
2. I'm going to keep lifting weights in the gym
3. I'll be getting 8k steps per day
Even though I'm a bit more advanced in the weight room.
And I already have visible abs.
The day 1 stuff still matters most - so that's what I do.
It's never been about the fancy stuff like peptides, keto, or whatever...
The basics work for me. They've worked for 1000s of clients I've coached. They'll work for you, too.
