Hey there,
When the economy and the world are rapidly changing, focus is everything.
In fact, it’s one of the most common questions I get from IWAI students – “how do I cut through the noise of a million new things every day… and just do something meaningful?”
Surprisingly, I found focus and peace last week – while surrounded by 40 million people in one of the world’s most bustling cities:
Tokyo.
This was my second visit to Japan with my family, and it was one part awesome vacation – delicious food, fun sights, new experiences… and even a theme park.
Last time we visited (in 2019) my son was 5, so our time in Tokyo was largely focused on:
- Disneyland Tokyo
- Godzilla (there are multiple cool “Godzilla monuments” around the city!)
- Pokémon (do not ask me how many stuffed animals we bought at the flagship Pokémon store
