Office of the Spokesperson Under Secretary of State for Economic Affairs Jacob Helberg will travel to the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands, and France from March 30 – April 3. He will attend bilateral meetings and events to advance American interests and further the United States’ economic relationships, advance partnerships in emerging technologies, and advocate for a fair regulatory environment that supports innovation, growth, and competitiveness. In the United Kingdom he will co-lead the U.S. delegation to the Quantum Development Group to maintain U.S. leadership and cooperation with partners and allies to develop and secure quantum technologies.
