[Notice] PECOS PI Migrates to CMS AWS Cloud on May 4th, 2026.

This message is for users of the PECOS PI application in the Production environment.

CMS is migrating PECOS PI from on-prem to CMS AWS cloud, scheduled to go-live on May 4^th, 2026.

There is NO change to the Provider login URL: https://pecos.cms.hhs.gov. There will be no business logic change to the application as part of this migration so it should be a seamless transition for most users.

However, if your organization had to add PECOS IP addresses to an approved whitelist of addresses to access the application, those addresses must be updated. To obtain the required IP address information, please submit a request through the EUS Help Desk at https://eus.cms.gov/. Your organization’s IT team should complete the allow list updates prior to May 4, 2026, to ensure continued access to the PECOS application.

The PECOS system is expected to be down on May 2^nd & 3^rd as part of the maintenance window.
