Brian Hooker, 59, has been arrested after the disappearance of his wife Lynette Hooker, 55, who he says fell overboard during a dinghy trip in the Bahamas, his lawyer confirmed to NBC News.

Mr Hooker says his wife fell in the water during rough seas on the trip on Saturday evening from Hope Town to Elbow Cay and was swept away by a current.
