NEBOSH HSE certificate in managing stress at work

This one‑day HSE and NEBOSH‑developed qualification equips those responsible for employee wellbeing with the knowledge and confidence to manage and reduce work‑related stress.
Covering HSE’s current approach, delegates will explore the 6 key areas of work design, understand legal duties, recognise early warning signs, and learn how to develop effective interventions to address the root causes of stress.

Designed for line managers and leaders, this course builds confidence in managing work‑related stress and supporting positive mental health at work.
Covering HSE’s approach, delegates will learn to recognise signs of stress, apply the Management Standards, reflect on their management behaviours, and use practical tools to have effective conversations and implement organisational and team‑level interventions.
