May 2026 Virtual Forum

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division will collaborate with other federal government agencies to host a 2-day virtual DOL forum that will provide guidance on the Payroll Audit Independent Determination (PAID) program, child labor, and other topics.

This seminar will take place May 6–7 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT.

The event is free, but registration is required.

The seminar will focus on federal labor laws and regulations, and will include discussions on the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the Davis-Bacon Act. Participating agencies will also discuss health and safety statistics, fair workplaces, workplace safety, apprenticeships, and other topics relevant to their expertise.
