Grant Officer’s (GO) Memo 03-26 New Jobs for Veterans State Grants (JVSG) Eligible Populations: Surviving Spouses

The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026, authorized JVSG recipients to serve two new additional populations. GO Memo 03-26 describes these populations and the circumstances under which they may be referred to Disabled Veterans Outreach Program specialists for services. It also contains an appendix with questions and answers.

The new GO Memo 03-26, New JVSG Eligible Populations: Surviving Spouses, is located on the Active Policy Directory.
