When you're ready to enroll in SHOP insurance, you'll work with an insurance company or with a SHOP-registered agent or broker.

HealthCare.gov offers a variety of tools and resources to help you get started with offering SHOP insurance to your small business. Get started with resources like:

• A tool to help you browse plans and prices. 
• The Eligibility Determination tool to see if your small business qualifies for SHOP insurance. 
• A Find Local Help tool to help you find a SHOP-registered agent or broker in your area who can answer any questions you may have and help you enroll.

The Small Business Health Care Tax Credit is only available to groups enrolled in SHOP insurance. The tax credit is worth up to 50% of your contribution toward your employees' premium costs (up to 35% for tax-exempt employers). See if your group may qualify and how much the tax credit could be worth to your small business.
