The U.S. and Iran are closing in on a one-page memo to end their war, a Pakistani source involved in the peace efforts told Reuters on Wednesday, confirming an U.S. media outlet report on the same.

“We will close this very soon. We are getting close,” the source said.

Axios reported on Wednesday that the White House believed it was closing in on a one-page memorandum to end the war with Iran, after U.S. President Donald Trump paused a three-day-old naval mission to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
