Volunteer Appreciation Event/PTO Members Meeting on May 20
Have you volunteered at Silverbrook this year? Join us for an Appetizers and Appreciation event on Wednesday, May 20 at 6:30 PM in the cafeteria to celebrate you and your efforts.
We appreciate all of the time and talents our volunteers have given the PTO and our school this year and want to say THANK YOU with a fun gathering.
Then at 7:00 PM, we will hold our final members meeting of the year and vote to elect our board members for the 2026/2027 schoolyear.
PTO Reimbursements Request Deadline--June 12
To allow our treasurer time to close out the books, all reimbursement check requests are due by Friday, June 12.
If you are helping coordinate an end of year class party, the PTO can reimburse up to $25 per class. Reimbursement is available under the following conditions:
- Each class may only submit one reimbursement request

- Receipts (photocopy or physical) to support the request must be provided
- Requests must be submitted no later than Friday, June 12.
The form and receipts can be dropped off in the PTO mailbox located in the front office or submitted via email to treasurer@silverbrookpto.org

Voting for this election will take place at our quarterly members meeting on Wednesday, May 20 at 7:00 PM in the cafeteria.
