Hey dupa,

Think about the last time a hiring manager chose someone for a role.

Or an investor backed a founder.

Or a senior person decided to take someone under their wing and actually invest time in them.

On paper, those decisions look rational.

In reality, they almost never are.

The hiring manager who "just had a good feeling."

The investor who "liked him immediately."

The mentor who "saw something" in someone they'd only just met.

These aren't accidents.

That's charisma - working quietly in the background, shaping decisions that look like logic but are really just feeling.

I know this because I lived the other version of it first.

I was the guy putting in the work.

Getting the grades.

Doing the right things.

And watching other people - people who weren't smarter than me, weren't more qualified than me - get the opportunities I wanted.

For a long time I thought it was luck.

It wasn't luck.

They were just better at making people feel something in the moments that counted.

Once I figured that out, everything changed.

I walked into my old boss's office to tell him I was moving to New York.

I walked out 30 minutes later with a remote work arrangement and an 80% raise.

Not because I negotiated harder.

Because I'd spent the previous two years learning how to show up in a room in a way that made people genuinely want to help me.

That's what Charisma University is built around.

To help you become the kind of person that makes people walk away from a conversation thinking "I like him/her".
