Hi Henryk,
By now, you may have noticed that I have been placing more emphasis on meditation.
And you may be wondering why.
The answer is simple.
Your well-being...
And your well-being is not something that should be questioned.
It is not something that should be put aside.
It is not something that should be ignored until the body becomes tired, the mind becomes heavy, or the spirit begins to feel distant.
But this is what often happens.
In the world today, everything is competing for your attention.
Much of it is designed this way...
To pull you outward.
To keep the mind busy.
Have you noticed how easily you can lose time?
Or even the connection to yourself?
And when you are pulled in so many directions, it becomes easy to look outside of yourself for relief.
Something to distract you.
Something to make you feel better for a moment.
Something to help you escape the day, the feeling, the pressure, or the heaviness you do not want to sit with.
But the moments we pull from externally are fleeting.
Temporary.
They may give temporary comfort, temporary peace, or a brief feeling of relief.
But this is all surface level.
The same thoughts return.
The same emotions return.
The same heaviness returns.
And the same patterns continue.
Because only the surface was touched...
but the root was left untouched.
This is why meditation is so important.
Because it allows you to reconnect internally, to your true nature.
Think of a garden Henryk.
If the soil is hard, dry, and neglected, the roots cannot receive what they need.
The plant may still be there.
The flower may still have the potential to bloom.
But without the soil being tended to, without oxygen, moisture, and care reaching the root, it cannot fully flourish.
It is the same with you.
There is something within you that is meant to grow.
That is meant to open.
That is meant to reach its full expression.
But if your inner world is never tended to, how can it flourish?
If the mind is constantly distracted, how can clarity grow?
If the body is always holding, how can peace settle?
If the soul is always buried beneath noise, how can your true essence be reached?
This is why there is no more “later.”
No more telling yourself, “I cannot focus.”
No more saying, “I cannot sit still.”
No more believing, “I cannot meditate.”
You can.
And I will help you.
You need to give yourself the opportunity to return within.
Because everything you are looking for externally...
peace, clarity, calm, strength, direction, connection, happiness...
already exists within you.
But it must be accessed.
It must be tended to.
It must be given space to flourish.
This Saturday’s Meditation is not just another meditation.
