Hi Henryk,
There are moments in nature that arrive quietly.
But if we are aware enough…
they can reveal something we may have forgotten.
Have you ever noticed how the moon can suddenly capture your attention?
And for a moment, everything becomes still.
You can see and feel its essence, its energy, its presence.
It reaches a deeper part within you that recognizes something beyond words.
This Sunday brings us a special moon.
The Blue Moon arrives.
What makes this so special?
It is the second full moon within the same month.
But the deeper teaching is not only in the Blue Moon itself.
It is in the day before.
Before the moon becomes full…
there is preparation.
There is alignment.
There is a quiet completion taking place before the light is fully revealed.
And this is where nature teaches us something profound.
Most people only notice what is complete.
The result.
The change.
The moment something finally becomes visible.
But life is rarely shaped at the moment of completion.
It is shaped before that.
Before the flower blooms, the root has already been working.
Before the fruit appears, the tree has already been gathering nourishment.
Before the moon becomes full, it has already moved through every phase required to arrive there.
Nothing in nature becomes full by accident.
There is a rhythm.
There is a process.
There is unseen preparation before visible transformation.
This is the same with you.
The peace you are looking for does not suddenly appear when life becomes perfect.
The clarity you are waiting for does not come only after everything outside of you is solved.
The strength you need is not built at the moment you are tested.
It is prepared before.
In the way you return to yourself.
In the way you settle the mind.
In the way you release what you have been carrying.
In the way you allow the body, mind, and soul to come back into harmony.
This is why tomorrow’s meditation is meaningful.
It is happening the day before the Blue Moon.
Before the moon reaches its fullness…
you have the opportunity to prepare your own inner state.
To clear what has become heavy.
To quiet what has become disturbed.
To reconnect with the part of you that life may have pulled you away from.
Because when the mind is unsettled, even a beautiful moon can pass without being truly seen.
When the body is tense, peace can be near and still not be received.
When the soul is covered by too much noise, guidance can be present and still feel distant.
Meditation brings you back into the condition to receive.
It reveals the peace that has been buried beneath the noise.
It allows the mind to settle enough for clarity to return.
It helps you remember what has always been within you.
Tomorrow, I invite you to join me for this special meditation before the Blue Moon.
Let this be a moment of preparation.
A moment to return inward.
A moment to align yourself before nature reaches its fullness.
Because the moon will become full on Sunday.
The question is…
what within you is ready to become clear?
Join me tomorrow for this special meditation.
