Hi Henryk,
Have you truly noticed what nature is selflessly giving to us?
The air you breathe.
The light that wakes the day.
The darkness that tells the body it is time to rest.
The seasons that remind us nothing is meant to stay the same forever.
Nature is always giving.
But most people are too busy to receive it.
When nature changes, you feel it.
You may not always know what you are feeling.
Sometimes you may wonder why your mind feels different.
Why your body feels different.
Why something within you feels unsettled, tired, sensitive, or more aware than usual.
But your body feels more than you realize.
Your mind receives more than you understand.
Your soul knows when something around you is shifting.
And whether you notice it or not, you are also part of nature.
You are not separate from it.
Your internal rhythm is connected to the rhythm around you.
If there were no sunlight, the body would not know when to rise.
If there were no darkness, the body would not know when to rest.
If there were no seasons, life would not know when to grow, release, renew, or begin again.
Nature has been guiding us from the beginning.
But when the mind is full, the guidance becomes hard to hear.
When the body is tense, the signal becomes harder to feel.
When the soul is covered by too much noise, even the gifts of nature can pass by unnoticed.
This is why meditation is important.
Meditation brings you back into a state where you can receive again.
When you are settled, you begin to understand what is happening inside you.
You begin to see what has been taking your energy.
You begin to recognize what you have been holding.
You begin to return to the part of yourself that is still clear beneath all the noise.
Today’s meditation is special.
It arrives at a meaningful time in nature, the day before the Blue Moon.
But the purpose is not only to look at the sky.
The purpose is to look within yourself.
What has been pulling your mind?
What has been weighing on your body?
What has been disturbing your peace?
What have you been carrying that is no longer helping you?
These are the things you bring into meditation.
Not to think about them more.
But to let them settle.
To let the body release.
To let the mind become clear.
To allow yourself to receive what you cannot receive when you are constantly busy.
Nature gives us moments.
But it is our awareness that allows us to receive them.
Join me today for a special meditation where the energy brings you calm, healing, and peace that is yours to keep.
