Hey, totally agree with what you mentioned about the new park redesign. We walked through it last weekend and the layout is much better than before. The kids loved the splash pad area even though it was a bit crowded. I still think they should have added more benches near the shade structures though. Have you tried the coffee shop that opened across the street from it? We grabbed a couple of lattes and a pastry to share. The espresso was surprisingly good for a place that just opened. Anyway, let me know if you want to plan a walk there next Saturday morning. We can bring the dogs and grab breakfast after. It would be great to catch up properly. I feel like it's been a while since we just sat and chatted without rushing off somewhere.

I finally finished setting up that new bookshelf I bought last month and honestly I should have done it sooner. The instructions were a little confusing at first because some of the screws looked the same but were actually different sizes. I ended up sorting them into little piles which helped a lot. Now all my novels are organized by color which makes me unreasonably happy. I also found a couple of old paperbacks I forgot I owned including one signed copy from a local author event years ago. I'll probably bring it next time I come over. Speaking of which are you still free on the 15th? Let me know if the time changes at all.
