Hi there, I just got back from the hike and wanted to send a quick note. The trail was beautiful – lots of wildflowers and a cool breeze the whole way. I saw a deer near the turnoff, which was a nice surprise. I also ran into that couple we met at the farmer's market last month. They said hello and asked how you were doing. I told them you were busy with that woodworking project. Anyway, I'll be home later this evening. We can grab dinner or just relax. I finally finished reading that book you recommended. The plot twists were really well done. I stayed up way too late last night just to finish the last few chapters. I also started a new puzzle, a 2000-piece one of a seaside town. It’s going to take a while, but it’s relaxing. My sister called earlier; she’s planning a small get-together next weekend.
