This year, we are introducing an important enhancement to the Guthrie Castle Seminar experience.
Throughout the week, you will continue to learn the QLA principles, dealmaking strategies, leadership concepts, and transaction methodologies that have made this program renowned worldwide.
However, on the final day of the seminar, you will have the opportunity to put those lessons into practice.
Rather than concluding the week with theory alone, attendees will participate in a live deal analysis and execution exercise focused on a real business, transaction, or industry opportunity. Working alongside fellow participants and with Dan at the helm, you will apply the concepts learned throughout the seminar to evaluate opportunities, identify value drivers, assess risks, and discuss transaction structures and execution strategies.
This experience is designed to provide a realistic glimpse into the work conducted within the HC Seminar 2.0 environment, where participants move beyond education and into active transaction execution.
