Linen is derived from the flax plant, a resilient crop that has been cultivated for thousands of years for its strong and versatile fibers. Flax requires relatively little water to grow and can thrive in cooler climates with minimal agricultural intervention, making it a naturally resource-efficient material.

After harvesting, the plant undergoes a careful process of retting, drying, and fiber separation to transform the stalks into soft, spinnable yarns.
