Hey! Yeah I finally checked out that little bookstore you mentioned last week. Found this incredible beat-up copy of a travel memoir from the 70s about someone cycling through Southeast Asia. Couldn't put it down last night. The author's descriptions of the markets in Bangkok felt like being there. Anyway, 60Zaue0M1lL we should grab coffee this weekend and I'll tell you more about it. Also, I tried that sourdough recipe you always rave about — mine came out way too dense but the crust was decent. Your starter must be magical or something.
Oh and I finally signed up for that pottery class near the park. First session is next Tuesday. The instructor seems really chill and focused on hand-building rather than the wheel which is good because I have zero coordination. Let me know if you want to join — I think they have a couple spots left. I'm also thinking about swapping my car insurance soon but that's a whole other rabbit hole. Anyway, talk later!

Actually I started reading that sci-fi novel you lent me and I'm completely hooked. The world-building is incredible — the way the author describes the alien ecosystems feels so vivid. I stayed up way too late last night reading about the crystalline forests. Have you read any of the author's earlier work? I heard there's a prequel that explains how the galactic council was formed. Let me know if you want to borrow my copy when I'm done.
Also, I finally tried that new Thai place on 4th street. The pad thai was solid but the green curry was absolutely next level — creamy with just the right amount of heat. We should go together sometime. I'm also thinking about reorganizing my bookshelf by color which my roommate thinks is insane but I think it would look really satisfying. Anyway, hope your week is going well!
