So I finally got around to watching that documentary you recommended. It was really eye-opening especially the part about urban farming. I had no idea how much food waste happens in big cities. The interviews were well done and the pacing was perfect. I think you should watch it again if you have time. There's a lot of details I missed the first time. Oh and I loved the soundtrack. Definitely makes you think about where your food comes from. That one scene at the community garden really stuck with me. AOtcNUKoKN2k21 Let me know if you want to borrow my copy. I'll bring it next time we meet. We could also plan a trip to visit a local farm if that’s something you'd enjoy. Anyway just wanted to share my thoughts. Hope you're doing well.

Hey yeah I finally tried that pasta recipe you sent me. It turned out great even though I substituted the cream with milk. The garlic and basil really made it pop. I think next time I'll add some cherry tomatoes too. Thanks for sharing! Also that garden project you mentioned sounds fun. I might start with some herbs first because they're easier. Basil and mint seem foolproof. Let me know if you want to come over and help me plant them. We could make it a little afternoon thing. Hope you're having a good week! AOtcNUKoKN2k21
