These programs were designed to be temporary - not a pathway to citizenship. The original disaster in Haiti occurred over 25 years ago. The longstanding dysfunction is not a disaster that requires wholesale transfer of Haitians to the US. If TPS is to be used, there must be end points that are enforced.
