Exclusive: Yale seeks to settle with Trump administration

The Justice Department last month opened an investigation into Yale after accusing its medical school of giving preferential treatment to Black and Hispanic applicants. But the government review is reaching beyond the medical school, to encompass Yale’s undergraduate and law school admissions as well, people briefed on the matter said.
