ADHD, mild cognitive impairment, dementia, and menopause can cause cognitive complaints. These concerns should never be dismissed as age-related decline or neurodegeneration, said David W. Goodman, M.D., in a recent ADDitude webinar. ADHD doesn't diminish or worsen with age, he said, but its diagnostic clarity does.
