State picks ‘cheapest’ site for new $600M Springfield courthouse

Officials for the state Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance made the long-awaited announcement Thursday that it had selected the developer for the $600 million project to give Hampden Superior, Springfield District, Western Housing and Springfield Juvenile courts a new home.
