Hey, thanks for the update on the project timeline. I reviewed the documents you sent over, and everything looks aligned with what we discussed last week. I did notice the budget forecast draft is missing the Q3 adjustments, but I can pull those from the shared drive. Let's sync up on Monday to finalize the presentation deck before the stakeholder meeting. Also, Maggie from the design team mentioned she could have the mockups ready by Friday afternoon, so we should have enough buffer to incorporate feedback. Let me know if I missed anything or if there's someone else I should loop in. The new workflow seems a lot more efficient than the old process, even if the learning curve is a bit steep right now. Anyway, happy to help cover the agenda points if you need to step out early. WCAMwUFT65

I finally tried that new hiking trail near the reservoir last weekend, and it was absolutely worth the early start. The elevation gain was steady, nothing too punishing, and the view from the summit was incredible - you could see the whole valley and the lake shimmering in the distance. We packed way too many snacks, but that's better than not enough. I'm already thinking about going back next month maybe renting a kayak afterwards. There is a nice spot for a picnic about halfway up. The weather should be perfect for it soon. If you want to join, just let me know. We can coordinate the schedule and maybe make a day of it.
