Regarding the kitchen renovation, we decided to go with the white shaker cabinets and quartz countertops. The contractor said the project should take about three weeks once they start. We are still waiting on the cabinet delivery date which has been pushed back twice now. The flooring is already ordered and sitting in the garage. We picked a warm gray tile for the backsplash that should tie everything together nicely. I will send you photos once the demo starts next week. Let me know if you have any recommendations for pendant lighting.
