It’s dedicated care reserved specifically for you.

When you miss an appointment without canceling, that time often cannot be filled. It can delay your treatment, interrupt referrals, and keep another Veteran waiting longer for care.

If your plans change, take a moment to cancel. That one action protects access for everyone.

How to cancel or reschedule:

• Reply “C” to your VEText reminder. Most appointments can be canceled by responding to your reminder text. 

• Call us at 601-362-4471 and choose option 2 to speak with someone in scheduling.

• Manage appointments online. Log in to My HealtheVet or the VA: Health and Benefits App to get started.
