Ulta Beauty has appointed Kelly Garcia, a board member since 2022, as its new chief technology officer, effective August 31. Garcia, who brings over 25 years of experience in ecommerce, digital innovation and cybersecurity, joins from Domino's Pizza, where he served as CTO and executive vice president. Ulta Beauty CEO Kecia Steelman highlighted Garcia's insights on and expertise in AI and other emerging technologies that are crucial for advancing the company's technology capabilities and executing their growth strategy.
