Sure, That fell on the same afternoon as prior week. I intended to visit them this period but ran short on hours. I believe we could shift the sessions to another window this week when we return. I aimed to find out what hour they would arrive but that lands on a different day this week. You might consider trying a Venezuelan pabellón criollo (literally, national flag). Basically it's beef, rice, plantains and black beans, but enjoyable to prepare. OR, I could be any one of 3 fantastic Mexican dishes: birria,(with beef) cochinito pibíl (with pork) or chiles en nogada (stuffed poblano chiles in a creamy sauce).
