Indeed, That matched the same day from the previous week. I planned to visit them this week but ran short on time. I believe we can shift the dates to an alternate time this week after our return. I intended to check what hour they would return but that falls on a different day this week. You might consider attempting a classic Venezuelan pabellón criollo (which means national flag). It consists of beef, rice, plantains and black beans, and is quite enjoyable to prepare. Alternatively, I could represent any of 3 remarkable Mexican dishes: birria (with beef), cochinito pibil (with pork) or chiles en nogada (stuffed poblano peppers in a creamy walnut sauce).
