• We have Dispute Resolution updates for all users located in the United States:
  • We've made some changes to our existing arbitration agreement, including to cover vendors of Indeed.
  • In the Terms, you can also find information about the process, eligibility, and deadline for opting-out of arbitration, if you so choose.
• For our Job Seeker users:
  • We've added Terms for our 'Apply For Me' beta tool, available to some US jobseekers.
• For our Employer users:
  • We've updated our Ads Program Terms to describe refinements to our advertising services, including how sponsoring advertisers may be charged for 'Apply For Me' applications.
  • We've added terms detailing Employer responsibilities when using a Third-Party Service to interact with Indeed and your ATS. This includes an indemnity for use of such services.
