I know we've been talking A LOT about 'simple' ideas lately.

But... we just sat down with another founder who proved (once again) that the simplest ideas might be the best ones.

His name is Ryan.

He just built his first app and recently hit $18,000/month.

But the real story is how SIMPLE his idea is.

It's just a Pomodoro timer. A focus timer!!

You've seen literally thousands of apps just like his.

So what made him successful?

The app is called Cat on Chair.

When you start a focus session, a cute cat jumps up and sits with you while you work.

Unbelievable, right?

The idea wasn't revolutionary.

But what made it win was everything he brought to it:

His eye for design.

A niche he cared about.

A specific vibe he wanted to build.

In a world where you can vibe code AI slop in 1 minute, he chose to to hand-craft his app.

And I think that made all the difference.

But, my biggest takeaway, and the reason I keep coming back to this is:

You don't need a complicated idea.

You can take any simple, proven idea and ask one question:

What do I bring to this that nobody else can?

Maybe it's your design taste.

Maybe it's a niche you're obsessed with.

Maybe it's just something you've always wished existed in a very specific way.

There's a million things you can build.

But just remember: keep it simple, stupid :)

So, if you want to find an idea to start with, we put together a database of proven mobile app ideas.

Pour through it. Find one you like. Put your twist on it

And start building.

--> Grab the database right here.

Let's go!
