Hey Andrew Niepodam,

Want a tactic you can run this week?

Here's how I find a $5,000 automation inside almost any business, in one conversation.

No tech talk. No pitching. Just questions.

Ask these:

  1. What's the most annoying task your team does every week?
  2. How many times a day does that happen?
  3. Who does it, and what do you pay them?
  4. What happens when it gets missed?
  5. If it disappeared tomorrow, what would that free you up to do?

That's it.

You're not looking for a tech problem. You're looking for something repetitive, slow, and tied to money.

The phone that rings out. The quotes that go out three days late. The Friday someone spends copying numbers between two systems.

Every one of those has a cost. Your job is to name it.

Say a plumber misses 8 calls a week. Each job is worth a few hundred. That's a few thousand a month leaving the building.

Now you're not selling automation. You're selling that money back.

The person who walks in talking about their tool stack gets ignored.

The person who says "I know you're missing calls and I can show you what it's costing you" gets the conversation.

Same tools. Completely different result.

And half the job is figuring out the build after they say yes. You don't need to know everything before you start.

Now, quick heads-up.

Finding the problem is step one. Packaging it and closing it is where the money is.

I walk through the whole thing in my free training.

Watch it, and if you want my help, apply for a call at the end.

Until next time,

Mike
