It's Sunday. August 9th.

August is one week old. Quick check-in, same as always:

What did week one produce?

If week one was good — protect it. Don't add more. Don't optimize. Just don't break the chain this week.

If week one slipped past — pay attention, because this is the exact point where months get quietly lost. Week two is where "I'll start fresh Monday" turns into "next month for sure." Unless you interrupt it.

Here's what's still true: 22 days of August are left. Three more Sundays. That's enough time to build something you can point to on September 1st — but only if the interruption happens tonight, not "Monday."

TONIGHT (Aug 9): One habit. Written down. Under 15 minutes a day.

THIS WEEK (Aug 10-16): Do it daily. Track it somewhere visible.

NEXT SUNDAY (Aug 16): Different answer to the same question.

TodayIsTheDay is the interruption: a daily system that runs whether week one went well or not.

85% off — before week two repeats week one.
