I think the main issue with our group project timeline is that we keep moving the review checkpoint around. Last week it was Tuesday, then someone changed it to Thursday morning, and now I'm seeing a note that it might slide to Friday. That's not really fair to the people who already rearranged their schedules once. I could do Wednesday after three, but I have to leave by five for a family thing. Maybe we should just pick one slot and stick with it, even if not everyone can attend. We can record the session and share notes after, which worked okay last time for the two people who couldn't make it. I also noticed the shared doc has three different versions of the same section, which is confusing. If nobody objects, I can clean that up before our next call. I read through them this morning and I think the formatting is getting better, but the section on data collection still feels a bit scattered. I can help consolidate that if you want. Also, did you get a chance to look at the updated schedule? I think we might be able to finish a few days early if we move the testing phase up.
