I'm going to the planning meeting next Wednesday. It starts at 9 AM and should run about an hour. I checked my calendar and I don't have any other appointments that morning. Last month we met in the small room by the front desk, but I heard they moved us to the room near the back stairs for this one. I'll get there about ten minutes early so I can find it and get a seat. I also made a short list of things I want to bring up. Nothing big, just a few questions about how we're splitting up the next few tasks. I told Rachel I would send her my notes from the last meeting before Tuesday, so she can look them over. I think that will help us stay on track. After the meeting, I'll stop by the office to confirm a couple of dates with Sam. I'm not expecting any surprises, but it's easier to check in person instead of going back and forth over email. I should have a clear update by the end of the day Wednesday.

I'm changing the meeting time to 2 PM on Thursdays. I looked at my calendar and the old start time of noon was cutting into my lunch hour. Most people were showing up a few minutes late anyway.
Two people told me they had conflicts with the morning slot. I sent out a new invite this afternoon. I also removed the Monday option because nobody picked it in the poll.
We're keeping the same room for now. It's been available every week so far. If we need to move, I'll check the room next to the front desk.
The first meeting at the new time is next week. I'll send a reminder the day before. I don't plan to change the time again unless someone brings up a hard conflict.
