The book, which is also available in hardcover and paperback, is a gripping narrative about the influence of the Declaration of Independence throughout U.S. history. Two beliefs from the founding document are central to the American cause of liberty: the belief in God-given rights and in divine providence. “We Hold These Truths” focuses on the Revolutionary War, the Civil War, and World War II, and then on to current times.
